How to Work with Inclusive Ensembles
ShareMusic & Performing Arts has a long-standing experience of using technology to explore new artistic expressions and enabling artists and musicians with different abilities to create music and to perform. The seminar is held by ShareMusic’s CEO and Artistic Director Sophia Alexandersson and will focus on how people with different abilities can become artists, being able to compose and perform live. Insights from ShareMusic’s work with music technology will be shared along with experiences and methods of working with inclusive ensembles. The audience has the opportunity to experience some of the interfaces during a live demonstration.
Hamburg, 20 March – Saturday 23 March 2019. Tickets: EUR 90.
It is a symposium of events on the theme of accessible instruments, in order to raise awareness to music-makers, producers and educators in german-speaking countries and inspire them to engage with these innovative approaches. The programme for Soundform is being developed together with barner 16 art collective, the Hamburger Konservatorium and the Hochschule für Musik und Theater Hamburg. It features workshops, lectures and presentations and brings together a number of actors in the german-speaking music world to carry out this area of work further.Seminar – How to Work with Inclusive Ensembles at Soundform, Germany
