We like people and are always curious about new acquaintances, whether you are a person with very little experience in artistic work, an educator who wants to further your education or a representative of an entire performing arts institution. We announce job opportunities here on our website, especially under "Work with us" and among the news on the home page. We also announce calls on our social media.

We accept shorter and longer assignments of all kinds, and you can always get in touch with your thoughts and ideas and we'll see if we can work something out together. We are a resource for both the individual and the organisation. We work across sectors, countries, art forms and abilities — it is in the interpersonal encounters that we experience how our differences enrich!

Two people are standing on stage close to each other. A woman with fair hair and glasses in a black shirt has stooped slightly and is looking curiously over her shoulder at a man. The man, wearing an orange shirt and a cap, is holding an electric black violin in his hands. He looks at the woman and smiles.

Train yourself, your employees or colleagues

Are you, your business or workplace curious about how you can work more inclusively? Have you been thinking about widening participation, widening recruitment or perhaps audience development but don't really know where to start? At ShareMusic, we work on inclusive approaches that are applicable in different contexts and across sectors, not just arts and culture. We continuously accept shorter and longer assignments where we work on skills and knowledge enhancement — your needs and wishes are our guide!

Contact us and we'll put something together just for you.

Collaborate with us

Almost all the work we do at ShareMusic is some form of collaboration. We like to work cross-artistically, but it's not a requirement. For example, we can offer resources in the form of our ensembles, artists and experienced workshop facilitators in our network who create safe spaces to explore inclusion in practice. It could be trying out a few hours, a week's lab, or an entire performing arts production. There are virtually no limits to how we can shape our collaboration — your (or your organisation's) needs and circumstances are the starting point.

Contact us and we will tell you more!

Do your research with us

As a development platform and knowledge centre, we continuously receive research requests from all over the world. For example, we offer the opportunity to follow the work of specific methods, entire projects or collaboration with one of our ensembles. Of course, we also welcome your own initiatives.

Send us a project description or similar documentation about your research and we'll be in touch!

Become a “ShareMusician”

We always need creative people with and without disabilities in our work and welcome you — with long or no experience in artistic work, lots of training or no training at all. The important thing is that you want to express yourself creatively. What can you do with us? It could be taking part in workshops with different focuses and levels, participating in an artistic lab, a research project or being a test pilot for new music technology. You can become a workshop assistant and give lectures. And so much more. If you're curious, social and like to challenge yourself, you'll thrive.

Get in touch with us and tell us more about yourself and we'll see if we've got something that fits!
